Most women use the ‘cheap’ insurance as an excuse to say ‘behold, we pay cheap insurance because we are in less accidents, therefore better drivers than men’, and of course there is NO facts in that at all, lets be thankfull for equality AND common sense

Just go on failblog and look at their videos that involve driving.. it will prove the “Female are better drivers” wrong, you may think this is steriotyping against females, but then the higher prices for males was steriotyping against males.

Nope. Women are not better drivers than females. I’d find it hard to believe either gender is better than the other because of their gender. Just lower mens premiums to that of womens, problem solved.

so is there going to be a similar ruling against insurerers basing premiums on peoples ages? isn’t that like agesim? maybe insurers should just offer the same prices to everyone regardless of any criteria.

Driving for 16 years and when I was driving my 330 bhp Subaru Impreza couple of years back, I had a young female in her silver chaved up fiesta drive past me on a dual carriage way at excessive speed and get excited, excuse me lol and sorry who said they are any safer?

Woman pay cheaper insurance because they get into less accidents and men pay higher insurance because they get into more accidents. BUT, what the insurance companies don’t understand… it is the woman that cause the men to get into the accidents!

Lots of bad drivers around today, regardless of gender. Knew a girl who drove with a broken leg, seen male van drivers mount the pavements, women speed over pedestrian crossings with people just about to cross, men that go down the wrong way on one way streets.
Everyone should get charged however much they need to, so they are less of a twat on the roads.

I’ve been driving for 20 years…I’ve seen drivers way too close to back of me, shooting over zebra crossings while I’m waiting to cross, driving with tiny ‘port holes’ made in their frosted windscreen, absolutly no courtesy what so ever i,e, won’t let you out of junctions even if they have to stop in front of you, speeding, reading, on the mobile phone….and 95% of the people who I see doing this are…WOMEN! (I do love them tho)
