Cheap car insurance for a young driver on a VW Golf?

You could pay as low as $25 a month for car insurance
Where would be able to find the cheapest insurance for my Golf 1.6. I’m 17 years old and I’m going to be a named driver on my dads name (him being the main). The cheapest I can find is £2000. If anyone could find me a good website to find an insurance quote cheaper than that; it would be fantastic!
